The Nautical Club Sound Side Condos in Building A

When construction of the Nautical Club condos in Indian Beach are completed, condos units currently planned for “Building A” (Sound side location) will be configured with 3-bedrooms and 3-bathroom in each unit. Each of these units will offer approximately 1580 square feet of heated and cooled living area.

The Nautical Club Condo Buildings B, C and D

The Nautical Club condos presently planned for Buildings B and C will be a mixture of 2-bedroom/2-bathroom floorplans and 3-bedroom/3-bathroom floorplans consisting of approximately 1400 square feet of heated and cooled living area. All condos in Buildings A through C are currently planned to have an attached outside deck of approximately 275 square feet. Building D condo units are presently planned to be configured with 3-bedrooms/3-bathrooms consisting of approximately 1580 square of heated and cooled living space. Each unit in Building D will have an attached outside deck of approximately 275 square feet. All condos in Phases One and Two will have a “water view” of
Bogue Sound while those condos in Phase Three will offer an oceanfront view of the Atlantic. There will be two basic floor plans for the units. “Plan A” will offer 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and “Plan B” will offer 2-bedrooms, 2 ½-bath rooms.
