I would add another benefit to using an agent who is a blogger – anyone who actively blogs is generally more up to date with new industry information as well as local information that will help the client.

I agree Bobby. I’m not in the Emerald Isle Real Estate market, but I would certainly not refer business there to somebody who is not actively blogging. Marketing a home today is an international event, regardless of what the non-tech-savvy folks are saying. Keep up the good work!
