Hello Jennifer – I can always count on you to stop by and comment. Thanks! I was wondering if all the parallels between the movie and website/blog design were clear or a bit murky. One of the main reasons people stop and stay on websites and blogs is first the visual “curb appeal” of the site/blog engages them. It always helps to offer a wee bit of eye candy. Next the functionality of the site should be user-friendly and the information needs to be highly organized for the site visitor. Of course, for the site visitor it’s then all about the tools and the information they are seeking. If your agents have any questions, just shoot me an email.

I love this post! We have been trying to get the agents in our office to understand this. I am definitely going to have to forward this to them. This whole concept came up at our weekly meeting yesterday. They just don’t seem to get it. Maybe your post will help.
